Just returned from the IPMS show at Telford and just to say that there seemed fewer figure traders there than last year - or was that just my take?

It seemed that the figure fraternity was on the up, the last two years, but this year, did not appear to be so.....

I may be wrong, but maybe the costs are prohibitive for figure traders, as it is a more niche area of modelling - I would be interested in hearing if others who were there felt the same?(y)

Steve Kirtley was there Steve what more do you want!......LOL

There never has been an abundance of figure manufacturers there in spite of their efforts to undermine Euro by attracting more figure painters. Most sales of figures centre around the two world wars, to the plastic enthusiasts.

Cheers Keith - yes, spoke to Steve K! It just occurred to me that last year the figure element was on the increase, but not so evident this year.... maybe it's me!(y)
