I know this has been done before but I thought I would add my latest WIP. I guess most people will recognise who this is going to be. He will be 200mm scale ( about 1/9) and is done in Magic Sculpt.
The chair is made from 4mm oak with MS cushions.

I hope you like it

Napoleon, Santa or Franz Josef, it doesn't matter as far as I can see this piece next year at Sword and Brush.... ;)
Looking forward to see the progress on this one! (y)
Cheers,

Gentlemen I really appreciate all the encouragement. I made this copy of the original painting back in the 80's while living in Paris. I have had it hanging on my study wall for years. So It is going to be Mr Bonaparte in one of his reflective moments.

John, you said you made a copy of the original painting, did you mean you painted it or is it a xerox copy. If you painted it yourself it is an excellent job !

Thanks Pew I just have to work on my patience.

Markster Yes I painted it along with a number of other pictures from that epoch when I was in my Napoleonic phase.

Impressive sculpting John (y)

I have to mention though, the head looks a bit oversized compared to the rest of his body. I don't know if this was your intention.
