Hi Guys,

been a long while since I've posted anything. This is my latest. It felt like I had to learn how to paint again.

All comments welcome.

Looks like the rest helped, if anything.:) Beautiful job. Looking forward to seeing it in Chicago.

Bob
Thanks Bob. I'm looking forward to the show. Chicago is a great venue.

Beautifully painted, Mike. Very vibrant colours and great details. I really like the subtle cross-hatching you did on some of the braiding, as on his trousers.
Nice job!
Thanks Nick, I appreciate the comments. There's a lot going on with this figure.

Really nice Mike! I have been wondering where you have been.
Scott
Hey Scott, I've been here lurking around. Been busy with work and travel. Haven't had a lot of time to paint. I've got time for one more figure before Chicago. Will you make the drive down?

WOW! What an AWESOME job on the figure Mike!

LOL, you're kidding right?! Well, if this is a result of you learning to paint again I need to go back to the drawing board. Your reds just blow me away. How did you paint these? Acrylics, oils? Please share your colors used.
