Here's a figure I started last spring & finished during yesterday's snow storm- Andrea's 54mm crossbowman, painted with acrylics. Fit & assembly was pretty smooth but I wish my freehand ability extended beyond stick figures because I would've liked to do a lot more with his shield. Any comments & criticisms greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Mike, your crossbowman looks very nice, you did a good job,I particularly like the ground work.

Keep up the good work.

Cheers

Roc. :)

Yeap i will agree with the rest, that you've done a really nice job with the crossbowman. :) Keep up the good work Mike.

Roc--Thanks for the kind words. I thought about dirtying his shield a bit so I went back & checked some of your Roman soldier posts to try to get an idea how to do it but decided to leave things alone & try the technique on something else.

Kenneth & Kisifer-Thanks for the encouragement.

Jason-Thank you. Unfortunately, I'll be a no-show (again) at the Michigan show this weekend. My daughter has a school function conflict. When the show rolls around next year, I should have a couple of things to bring with me.
