Another Major Conversion

Hi Guys

After a bit of soul searching and a couple of chats with Roy about subject matter, I came to the conclusion that I could not get a diorama that I have been working on, finished in time for Euro this year, so I decided to convert a figure I had sitting in my grey army now for 6 years and had been loathed to part with as I had picked it up at the Welling show for £20, a lucky buy, in my books. Considering the figure I have started this conversion with, some may think it would be a waste, where as I consider it a pleasure to convert such an excellent figure, You start on good you end up with good. And I should imaging 99.9% of you know already which figure this is and of course if any of you know me, I am aiming for a conversion to a Parliamentry office of Horse, back to the ECW, its a long way from finished yet

what is the origional figure?it looks like a nepoleonic lancer fom the photos if so that's one hell of a conversion!
