The 2016 Atlanta Model Figure Show
The theme for the 2016 is “Jine the Cavalry” with an award going to the display that best represents the US or CS mounted man.

As in past years, we will be offering a special room night rate for all who are guests of the hotel during the Show. The special rate for 2016 is $94/night. Reservations may be made by contacting the hotel via phone at 800 228-9290 (be sure and mention the AMFS Show) or online, by using the direct link on our web page www.atlantafigures.org . In order to take advantage of the show rate you must make reservations no later than February 5, 2016Those wishing to pre-register may do so by downloading the Pre-registration form ( on the web page) and forwarding the form and payment ($15) to the Pre-registration Co-ordinator, P.O. Box 154, Lindale, GA 30145. All pre-registrations must be postmarked no later than January 15, 2016 in order to have time for forms and confirmation to be returned in a timely manner. Any pre-registration requests after this date will be processed as quickly as possible, but may not reach the individual in time to be of any use.

As always, we will be featuring several educational and informative seminars throughout the weekend. Topics and presenters will be announced at a later date
The 2016 Show will feature a Silent Auction of painted figures. Contributing artist’s will range from Grand Masters to accomplished, but not necessarily “recognized “ painters. The auction will open at 9:00 AM Saturday and each figure will be closed out individually, at the Auctioneer’s “discretion” between 5:00 and 6:00 Saturday. Winning bidders must be present to claim their figure(s), or have made prior arrangements with someone to do so in their stead. (The AMFS will not be responsible for delivery or shipment.)
