Thanks for the overwhelming interest in this un expected endevour! I have replied to all the emails and you are all on the list and once the Atlanta show is done for the year I will get the dvd's put together and send them out following the same order as the list.

Yeah man, virus wiped the whole thing out, completely fubar'd the OS...I hope that the figure files and the video files are good to go...if not I have some serious issues!

Let me offer you this advice:

Get a new disk drive and consider that one toast.

Install your OS on the new disk and then 'slave' in your 'dead' and get the contents out with a LiveCD. - I'll get you more details in a separate post, in the support forum

I am coming to the atlanta show , will definatley attend your seminar , this is an excellent idea , there are simular dvd,s in the amazing figure modeller magazine .
If this is really sucessful , how about a follow on dvd , with paint effects , techniques in acrylics &oils
as to the usa format / europe format
to convert to usa region 1 (zone 1 )

1 type in this question (google )
2 how do i convert dvd make / model / manufactuer
number to region 1 (zone 1 )
3 you should get a set off instructions along with a pin code
follow this & screen should read
your dvd is set to zone 0 &you shoild be able to play usa region dvds
am not good at dvd computers but hope this helps

Thanks for asking. I have not yet gotten the computer back...so I don't know. I hope to get it back sometime this week. As soon as I know I will let everyone know what the status of the DVD is.

Atlanta has come and gone and everything is back to normal after the computer crash!

I have sent out an email to everyone who emailed me, if you are interested and have not received the email let me know.

The dvd's will ship the week after the SCAHMS show next weekend.
