I hope Bill doesn't get sued....
As long as it's a single piece Mr Trojani won't consider legal action as he stated once. He will take action against commercial kits that use his paintings as a guide and inspiration without his permission. Legally these kits are considered as copies although they translate two dimensional artwork into three dimensional figure kits. It is about intellectual property and his contract with Ertl collectible toy soldiers and the royalties they pay.

Your absolutely right , wish I could find out what Bill drinks to produce such classy figures

Oh well at least I can just respect and admire every piece
