We will see Georges, it will be a great idea to give two rifles and pouches so anyone can paint him as a boer or a confederate soldier.

A trully nice work as i have explored this one in my own hands . Even if not commercial Christos you must make at least one copy of it ...for me !!!!

Very nice work.
Just to be sure, he shouldn't be carrying a Kar98 as a Boer, he would be carrying something earlier like a Spanish or model 1893-1898 Mauser, which are a bit different than the WWII era Kar98. Only reason I know this is that I am doing a figure conversion in 200mm of a Boer and had to modify a WWII Mauser to suit the figure.
Cheers
Jason

Thank you Jason for noticing that little but very serious detail, I will modify the weapon to be historically correct, thanks again.

The Boer is ready for paint, here are the final photos of the finished model,
I lenghten a bit the shoes, I modified the Kar98 into a Boer Mauser and I add the pouches to the belt, next place will be at the V-Bench...

Very nice! Please consider seeking a manufacturer for another version for commercial release. The Boer War is under-represented in the hobby!

An excellent sculpt all around! I especially like the natural pose, it looks very realistic. I was wondering if you sculpted the entire head, or if you modified an existing head? Obviouly, you added the beard, but I meant aside from that. The reason I ask is that I have been looking for stock heads in 1/24 scale and was curious as to where you got yours from, if you didn't sculpt it from scratch that is. Thanks and again well done.

Thank you guys for your feedbacks,
Glenn the head is scratch, unfortunatelly I have no pictures to show how I sculpted it, the putty is Magic Sculp, but I now that there are some heads in 1/24 I'll try to find and tell you the company (if still exists).
