British Light Dragoon

Dear Planeteers,
this fantastic bust sculpted by Carl Reid is my latest project. I think the bust is OOP already. I got my copy from housecarl, who was kind enough to let it leave his grey army. Thanks again, my friend.

This light dragoon of the 11th Regiment fought in the Peninsular War and I tried to give him the appearance of a tough guy on campaign. Hope you like it.

Lovely painting all over , like the weathering on the clothing and very accurate white lacework , good facings on the collat/ cuffs

I never had this but it's a top sculpt from Carl , certainly a favourite

Why not enter a piece into the class of your choice in our JUNE FOTM comp and also vote in MAY's classes as well

....And enter in Vignettes & Diorama #3 running till 31/01/22
