Usually i start with a dark coat of acrylic mostly Burnt Umber.
Basecolor: Mix Naples yellow Hue with Mars Brown, White, burnt umber, thinny drop of blue to get of the reddish color.
Highlight with more Naples Yellow.
High-highlight with more white to the Naples Yellow.
Shading with a mix of burnt umber and mars brown.
Deep shade: sepia.

Thank you marc you have just given me the mix for 2 colours that have been giving trouble for some time , buckskin and blonde .I'll make my next figure a blonde mountain man .
