Hi again!
El Bandito. A bandit, but nice, with cheerful round eyes.

Thank you Kev!
Carrebourg crimson as the first wash.

A mixture of blue and red in the deepest places, a mixed base with yellow for lighter glazes. Then another blue wash (drakenhof nightshade), in the recesses.

Hi Marcin

What do I think ....love the colour combination , leather and the shirt looks great

As for the patterning ......very neat freehand and looks accurate ...don't envy you matching the other side ...but if anyone can you will be able to sort that

The set of busts is good but I do like this one especially

Following with interest

Why not enter a piece into the class of your choice in our May's FOTM comp and also vote in Aprils classes as well

....And enter in Vignettes & Diorama #3 which will be running till 31/12/21 with voting till 31/01/22

Always good to see the artwork

Thanks for sharing

Happy benchtime

Thank you, for all kind words, really appreciate!
As for the pattern - that's all what I can offer... And, oh, the base on the face is mix of ratskin flesh (or dwarf skin vallejo) and salmon rose, with a little amount of heavy skintone.

...and reikland flesh... as always. Some people say it's doping, but whatever, whatever.

Very fresh, thus glossy.

Just let me finish (y) all my WIPs :)

PS. There will be one part from scratch. Do you guess which one?

Stay safe, friends.

The only possible position of the eyes. Otherwise the face will look dissimilar or it will look drunk. Offo captured it amazingly.

I still have to correct the shape of the eyebrows, the color of the lips, and arrange the light on his forehead. I also need to improve the inside of the mouth.

Stay safe.

Hi Marcin

Looking at the picture , all the washes/dipping, painting on that flesh really works well , you've said what needs relooking at get that done and bingo

With the flesh done the work on the shirt and waistcoat really comes together even more

Good update

Look forward to more

Happy benchtime

Hi Marcin

I think this part is done as well ...looks really good ......nice additional highs you've done ......probably my favourite one so far

Like the gold teeth ...I would try and define them a little more around them

Look forward to seeing the headwear

Marcin, very well done on embroidery work, tidier than mine, I had a nightmare trying to get them right. :) Seriously
I put his eyes facing in other direction. As you say a wonderful sculpt makes painting easier.
I have only managed to paint 3 of these busts, cannot get motivated to get back to painting.
:( Michael

I wonder if they were his own gold teeth? Need to dig out "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly", or "The Victors" to check it out now. He was a bit young in "Lolita"
Looking good Marcin(y)
