As someone who likes to sculpt large scale personalities, I would say that it says Lincoln to me. While individual features may or may not exactly match known photos exactly, the overall impression is what matters.
I would only quibble with one detail point Einon made - re. the eyes. I agree that they are smaller than the norm as set by the majority of other models. But they look accurate to me. I appreciate seeing a bust that has eyes that would not look like a bug eyed monster if it was upsclaed to 1:1 size. While exaggerating eye size is an accepted norm in scale figure modelling, as scales increase I personally prefer to see the eyes rendered at a more accurate size....and I think Carl has achieved that.

Artistic interpretation and expression aside, if you tell me it's Abraham Lincoln, or it's Naploeon, or it's Erwin Rommel and if it does not look like Lincoln, Napoleon, or Rommel to me, I will not be purchasing the bust.
