I finished this figure yesterday evening. It is a tremendous awesome sculpted and cast figure. Almost no filling needed. And it whas a joy to paint.
Hopefully my pictures do justice.
As usual everything is painted with oils and printersinkt.

Tremendous uniform! Very rich and colourful! Fantastic sculpt!
Like a lot how you changed the posture. Is like looking up to somebody coming down the stairs or sitting up on a balcony.
Very well done, Marc! (y)
Cheers,
Zeno :)

GREAT job Marc - this is the first one of these I have seen painted up !! After seeing this I might even give mine a try!! Dave

Thanks guys for the very positive comments.
Dan, I really don't know if they where green or black. I followed the boxart who has been done by Marion Ball. I believe see did the research before painting.
If it's wrong I can easily correct them.

I have this figure and agree with all, I have done a bit of research and may do a different regiment

This has got to be one of the nicest figures out in the market. On a par I think with the Historex mounted Chasseur conversation that Ray Lamb done all those years ago. Deffinately not one for the faint hearted though, you have got to be a half tidy painter to even consider doing it. Way out of my league I am afraid.

And again, thank you all for the very positive comments.
You can buy this figure with your eyes closed. Clean casting, perfect casting, sharp casting, and the sculpting is topnotch.
