Ok guys this is my first posting here apart from a few pics in the gallery. Just wanted to show you my latest project. It's a chief bandsman stationed in San Domingo in 1802. He was a pole and went by the name of Josef Czernesky. Your views are always very wellcome.

Stephen, Fine job thus far. I'm familiar with the uniform and he's going to make an attractive figure.~Gary

Thanks guys for your response. I'm afraid , John, that this one is a one of and it's in 54mm or more like 60mm. Thing is that lately I've been using a mannequin that I myself sculpted for an Italian firm and that went into production not long ago. That helps to keep the size pretty standard. I will definately post more pics as I progress.

It looks beautiful Stephen, I am anxious to see the next step. What else do you have for us to look forward to and drool over?

Hi Guy. Glad you like it. At the moment my workbench is occupied only by this little guy . I will post new pics soon though. Thing is that I don't like to have too many projects on the workbench because I like to concentrate on one thing at a time . Even if I'm pressed by time having to do a master or other commissions. What I do is I prepare my successive projects on paper like sketches and research and leave them there for when there time comes. When that happens I have a lot of work already done. BTW most of my research etc is done at work so don't tell my boss. In this manner I can give the piece at hand my full 100% of concentration. It works for me anyway!!
