I started this project today, La Fortezza 54mm white metal figure, the usual removing of mold seams and filling the pitting marks was the first things to do, few parts need to be replaced like the sling for the canteen and sling swivels for the rifle, otherwise everything seems to be ok. I will make a groundwork base for this.

I do prime all the metal parts, usually I use primers from spray can, but this time Mr Hobby base white through airbrush, either way they stink

The face is done and the slouch hat has its base coat on, tomorrow i will finish the head and start painting the upper body.
