The best policy is to not link them, we don't want to assist their business in any way.

Here is what I suggest:

-Note the seller for reference (do not post the name or link here)
-List and post the piracy victims (manufacturers) here in this forum category

After that is done, the manufacturers can view this list you post and contact you for the ebay sellers info and take action.

This accomplishes two things:

1 - You have info on a pirate that is selling, but you also aren't perpetuating the piracy buy giving the pirates free advertising here.

2 - The onus is on piracy victim ( the manufacturer ) to make contact and take action with ebay, pirate, etc.
