Really difficult getting the plaid right on this figure, took about five attempts with the rolled putty. Think it’s looking okay.

Small update, put the figurative scene together to see where I am with things. The kneeling Government soldier is the least developed so far, hoping to do some more work on him next few days. Getting there little by little.

Just going to agree with Pete , plaid looks good and as the figures build up the story comes alive even more .....my money is on the highlanders !

Will you add any wounded/ dead ?

Doing some designs for the Targe shields, one down one to go.

Had a good weekend of modelling, lots of small details added to the scene. The basket hilted broadsword was fiddly but enjoyable putting together.
