Hi guys,

Just finished this 54mm Andrea classic. I've had this one in the GA for nearly 15 years now, and finally got around to it! It's an older kit, but holds up exceptionally well. Never see this one at shows for some reason. In fact, I only recall seeing one painted (by Joe Hudson if I recall correctly) and that was a long time ago. I love the movie, so this one was great fun to paint. Painted with acrylics, and the snow is Andrea's snow. Thanks for looking.

Jason

Nice work Jason - I really like the way you handled the ground work!! He was in the GGA for almost 15 years - should be a member of the "Old Guard" !!LOL Dave

I don't feel quite as bad now - I have some figures that have been in my grey army for "only" 10+ years!

Lovely painting there, I like it a lot. And like you say, you don't see many of these finished and on display.

Very nicely handled subtle shading, there, all blending beautifully, especially that deerskin shirt......at the time ,of the film, that is, I wanted one like it. OK, it was cool gear in the '90's:rolleyes:

Super nice work Jason, Looks super smooth. I really like skintones. Just something about how it glows. The buckskin is wonderfully done.

Very nicely done Jason. I have this in my attic painted and in pieces. I have been meaning to get around to repainting it. You have made a really nice job of this. Well done.
