Delivery problems with Historex Agents?

Hi

Its been a while since i ordered from them and always found them very reliable however the last order i placed hasn't turned up and as i paid for recorded delivery it should of been here today

anyone else experienced problems with them recently?

Hi!

No, I never had any problem with Historex Agents, and I received a couple of figures while ago.
Sometimes we have to wait more, but the fault most of the times is not from the stores, but from the mail. I had identical issue recently with a figure that I bought from a Spanish brand in 27 of May, the brand posted the package in 29 of May, the figure arrived in 17 of June.
Sometimes we have to wait a little longer...
Contact Historex and search by tracking number.

Contacted them still waiting on tracking number, glad to hear no-one having major issues

No problems recently with Historex. There are some industrial action issues with the Post Office which might not be helping.
Recorded delivery just means the item is tracked once it's posted but no guarantee on delivery day. Was the item in stock? I know Historex offer a guaranteed next day delivery on in stock items but at a price.

Just placed an order a few days ago. The same day I got notice that the package is under way.

Also in the past I've never had any issues with them. One of the few EU shops by the way who do not charge VAT to customers from non EU countries such as Switzerland. With VAT rates somewhere between 15 and 20% this makes a difference.

Yeah me too it must be the postal strike in the Uk cos i got dispatch email as well

Hi Simon, I have never had a problem with historex, ordered a figure last week and got it in 3x days, it will come mate, it will more likely be a problem with the postal service than historex

Historex like or loath them !! they have always been totally reliable ,one of the original mail order companies in the modelling world .

historex are very reliable however as I found to my cost with something else recorded delivery does not mean your parcel will not get lost cause mine did

There is always the danger of stuff getting lost in the post, when you take how much is going from end to end it is a wonder anything reaches its destination I have had a pack of six bases vanish to my cost

Phoned today to say had been sent to old address, not sure how they managed this considering filled address out correct on order form plus paid with paypal which also had address on hmmm....

One thing I've never had cause for complaint about regarding Historex is their delivery speed.

Most recently, I placed an order with them a couple of weeks ago on the Tuesday morning, and my package arrived Wednesday lunchtime. It doesn't get any faster than that.
