Hello all,

I have a stash of 92 models. They originate from 3 'sources': SK miniatures, Historex Agents and Art Girona.

Lately I found myself looking on Ebay for a few Mike French models I am after. Let me get this straight beforehand: there are several reputable and reliable Ebay sellers offering figures. I had luck with one of them who happened to have a Mike French Gordon of Khartoum mib.

I was shocked however to see the huge amount of not kosher models sold mainly from sites in Asia. All big brands and popular topics can be had.

It's worse then the bl..dy Plague! Well......... its obvious to me that there has to be a demand for recasts, illegal copies or whatever.

Cheers,

Paul

This is nothing new, and it's a subject that has been debated to death on here many times (not always amicably). Proceed with care on this one please.

There is no shock, no ebay discovery to me. Racasters are from everywhere not just from Asia. Just to name a few, no offence, from Russian Federation, Hungary, Italy, Argentia, Greece, Uk, United States.....If the kits do not come in original packaging only in a white box and the price is so low that likely to be a recast. Just buyer beware.
