I'll have to admit that after watching the rugby video, I dont think many american football players could take some of those hits!

why do they fall/dive all over the place when an opponent gets close

Yeah, sure...just like that. :D

But i understand you gettind mad. You must defend rugby. Without it, what is left in New Zealand? Sheeps doing the Haka? :D

Ps: Just kidding, i hope you dont take it personal. If you get really angry with the joke, let me know and i will erase it (y)

Many years ago I had the pleasure of seeing a fledgling rugby team from Huston, Texas play my local club, Kettering RUFC; I don't think they knew what hit them :). Things have moved on a bit since then and there are a few Americans now playing in the Aviva Premiership!

Congrats, nice fish (if that is you! :D)

If you ever come to Brazil, try to visit the Pantanal. Is the region alongside the border with Paraguay. It is very famous for its beauty and, specially, for the fishing and fish recipes (y)

Glad for the sense of humour. Rare in the internet these days.

Here in Brazil we use to say that rugby is for people who doesnt have the motor coordination to play football
Always a favourite.....the backdraft from the ball shot up his nose and blew the back of his head off......seriously affecting his motor coordination

Not to be sexist about it

And not to be xenophobic Kyle Lafferty is flattened by a gust of wind

And now for something completely different

And now you know why we laugh at wendy ball ;) compare the above with "Playing for Bridgend against the All Blacks in 1978, Williams was caught at the bottom of a ruck, where he was stamped on by the opposing prop John Ashworth and had a hole torn in his cheek. Unfazed, Williams, a trained surgeon, retired from the pitch, stitched up his own injuries, and returned to the field" Of course if he'd been English he wouldn't have bothered with stitches

I think they're all overpaid school girls and it's about time people woke up to it and stopped paying silly money to watch them play and buy the overpriced club gear that is produced in 3rd world countries . If they took it of TV tomorrow I would not mind One Bit , In fact I would Jump for JOY
chippy

Im Not alone then(y)

But if i was to watch it would need to be our mighty Scotland

Pussies indeed - I am working on a figure of the Colonel of 16th Royal Scots in WWI. The entire first string of Edinburgh's Heart of Midlothian Football Club joined that battalion in 1915 even though they were leading the premier league, some breaching their contracts to do so. Can you imagine today's prima donnas joining the infantry to go fight in Iraq or Afghanistan? Times have truly changed. :p

Colin

Careful Colin you will wake DC with such Language
