French cuirassier 1806

Hello !
I would like to introduce my last work that I recently finished. Scale is 1/10, material Magic sculpt and Miliput. I hop e you like it.

Nice work , like the fact he has his coat on over the cuirass...

and what a wicked moustache ..maybe a little too much ?.

Will this be a commercial piece perhaps ?

I like it a lot but I would make the moustache smaller.

Yea on 2nd look the tash is a bit big lol although I did have a Wyatt Earp one for a couple of years

Thank you for your feedback greatly appreciate it. I admit that mustache is a little big, but can be shaved. If everything goes well it should be commercial

I think shaving him a bit is a good idea. He's obviously on campaign or exercise and no cavalryman would be able to maintain that sort of show moustache in the elements. At very least it would droop wildly as he would not be waxing it. Glad this is heading commercial as it is a fine piece. Should do well. My personal taste is to avoid models with greatcoats as I like to see all the uniform detail but they certainly do add atmosphere to a sculpt.

Good idea to shave him a bit ..perhaps as Colin say "droop wildly" ..unkept ..I see him as unshaven as well .

Good point about the greatcoat but this in no way detracts from the fine work .

Be interesting to see this commercial and the response in the market place..

Are we going to see box art?
