I think I will do both Scenes in one

On the fence there will be a drawing of the tank. Because I don´t know at the moment what Position for the figures would be better, I will paint both, paint the tank, build the fence and the rest and then I will decide where to fix the figures

My preference is for the second placement, I think the figures interact with the scene better when closer.
You're doing the right thing though in completing the various parts before you settle on the composition.
Looking forward to seeing the completed scene.

This is starting to take shape now. What I did when I was constructing Cuter's last stand, I pinned the figures and placed them in a block of polystyrene the same size as the base and every time I did some work on a figure I would place it in a different position until I was happy where it was.

Ok. Some new photos. Only the trench is fixed and the tank will be later at that place. All other things will be glued after the figures are on base. At the moment I don´t dont if I should paint the tank in with a fieldgreygreen colour. But I will see

first time i did not understand what you did, but now it runs for me very well,
