Great bust. There is something about the helmet that looks off. Maybe some WW2 guys can chime in. ~Gary
 
Helmet appears too shallow, a common issue with US M1 helmets on figs. Seems that the bulbous/dome shape escapes most sculptors. The sides don't slope that much on the real thing. They also miss the subtle recurved side shape, and either show it flat, or terribly over done. Amazing considering the US steel pot was the most used helmet that ever existed. This one resembles more a Soviet steel pot.
