I had a go at documenting how I did a figure conversion to build a film noir character. This was my first attempt at editing together a video, so the editing is a little bit choppy.

The conversion is excellent and video is fine as far as it goes, a few close up static shots of the finished figure cleaned up to send out for painting would have been useful.
Gilda is a great movie and a wonderful character. I have said on several threads here "Film Noir" is a sadly under-represented genre in commercial models.

I hope you post an update when she gets painted.

Thanks, I'll definitely be posting an update as soon as it's finished. I do plan to be making more noir stuff in the near future.

Absolutely fantastic. Like you I’m a great fan of “Gilda”. Rita Hayworth is one of my celebrity crushes!
