I had searched the house upside down looking for this stuff which i put away about 25 years ago.
clock the prices:)

Pity about the verlinden pilot he has no head ,this stuff is marked made in belgium .

also in there is a Ray lamb hussar horse complete with saddle bit and reins
A Tiny troopers 90mm French Trumpeter Gren Guard a Cheval ,I think.

What a find :)

I remember painting the Verlinden Ostfront many years ago, btw what was your wife cleaning spring's for?;)

I would like such a golddigger as yours Ron.
Finding that great sculpted Hussar from Poste Militaire is like finding a pot of gold.

Marc

I know Marc re the horse and all the saddlery that goes with it , the only thing is i have no Idea what do do with it as there is no figure for it.

I tell you when I started back modelling 3 years ago I searched the house upside down for this stuff ,but you know why women can always find things in the house as they are the ones who put it there in the first place :)

You could always put one of the standing French Hussars from Poste Militaire next to it. Might involve a little work on the details of the horse furniture; valise etc.

Yea thats my thinking, it would also suit a line lancer .
Only thing is the horse is on the move :)

It's not at the gallop though run if you could find a figure in stable dress or similar give him a longish rein and whip and you've got a nice little scene I'm sure there's technical terms for them
This kind o' thing

It's a lunge rein and a lunging whip :)

You could have someone leading it by the bridle, its only strolling. Or you could have someone pushing it backwards it isn't an unlikely pose for that.
