grass colours

I would like some suggestion for what color you use when painting grass and shrubs etc. I find that the colors I am using make the greenery look fake or the colors are too “military”. If you could give me some actual color used that would be very much appreciated.

I always painted the grass as follows, but i think there are more ways who are leading to Rome.
At the bottom i paint yellow ochre. When this is dry i paint yellow ochre mixed with green.
I ended at the top with green. When all dry i do a drybrush with lightgreen.
Sometimes, a wash with raw umber for some nice renditions.
All colors in oil.
