Finished this fella, who was a side project as I did the French Infantry. Built as usual for me on a stripped down 1/35th scale plastic figure with a Hornet Head, everything else is built up with Magicsculpt and the odd bit of Duro(Greenstuff), oh and of course some paper from post it notes. The sword is the only other commercial item, it is a resized Historex spare part. All painted in acrylics, mostly Scale 75 with some Vallejo,Army Painter and Liquitex tube.

Really nicely done. I think he is probably your most polished piece so far.
Lovely vibrant colours, easy to see why you decided to model this one.

I really like this one, a very colourful uniform which you handled really well. And another great conversion, well done!

Many thanks Nigel that gives my confidence a boost, at this rate I'll get it all together by the time my eyesight finally fails! Sorry dark ex squaddie humour, just waiting for some bits in the post before I start my next project.

Pierre you are a gentleman and I will take you up on that offer (note to self, write a note or you'll forget). Yeah memory is shocking these days, but hanks again that is a kind offer.

Cheers Simon

Cheers Steve, an enjoyable project, but my rucking days are long gone, years of front row rugby among other things have put paid to that.
