[FONT=&quot]Galileo Galilei was an Italian physicist, mathematician, astronomer, and philosopher who played a major role in the Scientific Revolution. His achievements include improvements to the telescope and consequent astronomical observations, and support for Copernicanism. Galileo has been called the "father of modern observational astronomy," the "father of modern physics," the "father of science," and "the Father of Modern Science.”[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]The kit [/FONT][FONT=&quot]depicts Galileo towards the end of his life.[/FONT]



[FONT=&quot]The kit is supplied in two parts, the main bust and pedestal. All parts are well protected in a sturdy box with bubble wrap. There are a set of historical notes included in the box.[/FONT]





[FONT=&quot]The main bust is a one piece casting. The quality of the casting and detail is exceptional with no cleaning of parts required. The quality of workmanship and casting is as good as some of the other well known companies on the market.[/FONT]





[FONT=&quot]The bottom of the bust and pedestal are thread and screw together perfectly to complete the piece.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot] Exceptional casting and standard of detail. No cleaning of parts required an interesting choice of subject with nice charter in the face for the painter. Highly recommended.[/FONT]
