Eduardo,

If you google "Cameron of Erracht Tartan" there are many pics of the weave and colour of the tartan. You don't say what scale your figure is, but if it is any use, I have a 1/9 scale cap badge which you are welcome to?

Thank you Steve, the figure is 54mm. I have a book in french, titled "Uniformes de les armees de Waterloo, 1815". The tartan shown there is red for the drum major but the lines are a bit confused, the rest of the uniform is clear, white coat, red facings and gold laces, crimson sash with a white/silver line, white plume.
Maybe could be one of these?:

Eduardo,

I don't want to throw in any more confusion, but I am fairly sure that the Cameron Highlanders facing colour was green, so I am a bit unsure as to why the coat in your illustration is white!
Drummers wore "reversed" coats in facing colour (green), with red cuffs and collars, and lots of white lacework, but I don't think the kilt was any different, although I may be wrong! Pipers wore red jackets.
I would assume (possibly wrongly!) that the drum major may have followed a similar pattern.

I hope this doesn't create more problems!

Thank you very much Steve, the reverse colors for the musicians in infantry units, it is a common rule, but not sure about drum majors, maybe the source I have is wrong, so my request.
It would be great is someone has a plate that shows the drum major during the napoleonic period. I have also a plate with the entire regiment but don´t show the drum major, neither the piper.
Thanks again.
