Can you believe, I have two figures in my grey army ?

A Moz figure and Historic Art figure (actually belongs to Jim but I never got an address from him to send it to him! )

Not too bad... 3- 75mm primed and ready, 6- 54mm primed and ready, 10- 54mm in boxes and somewhere in the neighbourhood of 100 28mm Seven Years War infantry primed and ready plus 30 or 40 Warhammer 40k figs waiting for colour.

OK... maybe with the little guys there's a few:rolleyes:

I consider myself a collector of painted and unpainted miniatures. Looking at my buying speed rate and painting speed rate, there will be many kits that will out live me. As of today I have about 80 figures in my grey army, most of them 75mm and some in 54mm. I have few busts as well, but my favourtie scale is 75mm.

Hi Mary ,

Out of control ...mmmmmmmmm

Well now hopefully my lovely wife Carole doesn't see this ..I have 300+:) ...currently on 5+ pages on a word document and stored safely in plastic containers ..well you can never have enough ..lots of great stuff so I reckon I will be about 150 when I finish them !!!

They are not all busts ..found some full figures as well ..but not too many

I love busts ...so you could say I also collect unpainted models as well like Piortec .....Carole just sighs now when the postman knocks ....and smiles sweetly ...my response well I could be collecting something bigger ...like dino models perhaps !!!!

Jus don't ask me about my reference library either !!!!!!

Hi Mary,
527 figure kits still boxed,6 on order coming in any day now and 26 primed up making a grand total of 559 figures (well a few more actually as some of the primed ones are dioramas as are some of the figure kits)
Regards
Pete
By the way your grey army will have increased in a couple of days too !!!

My grey army counts 300+ figures plus about a dozen Dragon Gen boxes and about 30 armour kits. At the moment I'm able to finish about figure a year (health issues), so you can do the maths yourself as for what age I need to become! Well, we don't need to invest in isolation for the roof, so that saves money I guess!

Cheers,

Gino

There's a scene in the film Coffee & Cigarettes where two characters, played by Iggy Pop & Tom Waits, are in a coffee bar and the Waits character professes to have given up smoking. He then lights up a cigarette because it's OK, he's given up so he can have one anytime & it doesn't matter. That's the gist of the scene as I remember although it's a while since I saw the film. That's me & buying figures. Out of control, nah, the gray army's in complete control:LOL:

I don't have any.......

YET!

Just started back into it you see....

Now if any of you boys with too many kits want to help an impoverished old man out ???? :ROFLMAO:
