Guys,
Here's a new project I finished last month. He is based on a print by Knotel of a officer of the infantry
1777. The horse is from Eisenbach, with a Michael Roberts head for the rider, and a few Historex parts.
The rest is scratch using mostly Magic Sculpt. All painting in acrylics, with printers ink for the metals.
It was a fun project to do, with satisfying results. Comments welcome, and thanks for looking.

Very nice indeed. I must get some Eisenbach horses at some time to try them out. Do you have any pics of work in progress?

Cheers

Nicely done Rod. Great finish. Your WIP pics are much appreciated too. I've been procrastinating around these horses for some time... First introduced to them by Greg McEvoy, then Ivo, now you... I gotta give them a shot!!!!

Maybe this guy will be in Chicago this year???

Nice one Rod! When I first saw the photos, I thought it was the old Airfix kit of George Washington. They are remarkably similar. But yours is much nicer in all respects. Great work!

To all of you I say, many thanks for the kind words! This is a great place to show your passion for the hobby. I've met a lot of new friends here on line, and in person. To Bonehead, or (Mike) you can see after all these years I'm still plugging
along! Thanks for your encouragement.

Best Regards to all,

Rod
