Thanks for these Richie, I don't know why the disclaimer, if this is how chimps play with cameras they're better than me:). If you have no objection,
I'd like to use one of the pics of one of mine ( CIMG 7457, 7458, 7459 ) for my avatar?
Best wishes, Gary.

Nice pics Rich, and I'm chuffed that you thought one of mine was good enough to photograph :)

Cheers,
Billy :)

Hi Billy,
Everything was worth photographing, but I got crowded out a few times and forgot to go back and snap the ones I missed.

Hi Nap,
You did on a couple of occasions, but you were in such a fluster as to where to stash your booty from the missus, it probably threw everthing else off course.:D Jim and Chris certainly deserve a beer or two off you, for getting you out of a hole.
cheers
Richie

I know what you mean, I meant to back to the most excellent Samurai Archer but didn't make it :(

Billy :)

Hi Billy,
Was it the one on our club stand (Darlington)????? If it was it was painted by our member Terry Neesham, who is an outstanding painter.
cheers
Richie

Just wanted to add my thanks to the guys for organising Figureworld this year. Without doubt the best yet, I think the numbers must have been up on previous years but it was the standard of the display tables which told its own story. A fantastic day and I really hope we'll see this show back in 2015.

I think the show just demonstrated the high standard of painting in the UK at the moment, the tables were groaning under the weight of some fantastic figures and the standard was truly inspiring.

Good to see lots of old friends, great see Dennis, Richie and Lester all the way from ooop North. So many people to see and so little time!

Yup, that was the one. I loved the intricate freehand but it was a bit crowded to get a proper photo. I decided to come back round but got distracted by all the shinies for sale and only remembered when I was on the way home.

Cheers,
Billy :)

My only regret of the day was that as I wondered around, I would have bumped into, got in the way of many of you on here but not known it so failed to say hello. We need a PF badge and or funny handshake.....

Graham, there is a Planet Figure Badge available from Paul Newman of "Name It", and Napoleonpeart was wearing a Planet Figure tee shirt, a fetching little number in a delicate shade of blue. but you're right about the funny handshake(y).
Best wishes, Gary.

I did indeed get to have a chat with Nap. He said on another thread that he would be wearing the T shit and looking 'Fetching' but I found him anyway ;-)
