hello

My next figure is the Kriegsberichter from Hornet (gh04). My question to you all is if someone might have (colour)pictures of the camera he's using and all the info you can find about those men.
I've found a book about them written by a Dutchmen but he's going into microdetails about his countrymen but not so much about the germans, the camera's they used and so on.
Any help, photo's, links etc are welcome !

I found out that the camera was a ARRI 35 model. So maybe this will help a little

Hi Vergilius,

as usually, the answer is on the net:
http://www.arri.com/entry/camera.htm - click on the logo, don't know what does yours look like, but here the one at section 1937 looks bare aluminium/metal.
Other's painted black/dark grey, housing was always rough surface metal and it seems the paints were a very little metallic-like too. Put in a search for images, there as some newers in color, can try eBay antiques too, but I would guess the color could be the same.
