After attending a painting contest I returned with the desire to paint and some other bust and less money in my pocket ....
At the moment ready for priming.

Great looking bust. It is going on my wish list. I'm thinking the 3rd Regt. Is he officer or enlisted?

The uniform is generic, you can any of the regiments of Husares.

Imprimation and base for oil paint face.

A few hours of work and almost ready the face, in the end I used a subtle layer of oil toasted siena for contrast and more acrylics ...
It is a small bust and does not admit many oil sessions so I have continued with acrylics.

Now I will let the paint and my eyes rest well for a couple of days.

I'm going with something more of pintura, I've worked the colbac and the fur coat plus the gold of the alamares and buttons, there's still work and I'm slow.
