Hi Brian,
I hope the decks are well and truly cleared mate so you can crack on and devote your time to this one. Great start, looking forward to these battle hardened veterans.
cheers
Richie
Many thanks Richie, this is all I'm focusing on now

Apologies for the delay in updates but I've been struggling with some tendernitus on my right hand for the last few weeks which has p----d me off,i cant paint for long sessions like I usually do as it starts to hurt :arghh:

Managed to complete some more work to the faces of the first 2x busts and I've now almost completed the face on bust number 3,i need to finish of the painting of the hair on all 3 busts,i will also start to darken the bearskins a bit more with some darker oil washes.

OHOHO! This is looking goood! Hope the hand clears up sooner rather than later, Brian:unsure: I know tendonitis can be very uncomfortable; don't rush it, bud---pain is Mother Nature's message to ease off;)

Cheers, Alan

They are really looking superb Brian.
Great progress and nice to see if you 'wounded soldiers' back center stage but take it steady with the hand Mate.....don't make it hang around longer than is needed by over working it.
All the very best,
Keith

Many thanks Keith for your comments, the hand was'nt too bad yesterday,I did'nt realise how painful Tendernitus could be

I feel for you Brian,
I have had it in my right hand middle finger for over a year. The doctor offered me an injection with the additional comment that it seldom works especially on the "mature" man, you will most likely have to live with it. Great, luckily I am left handed.
All the very best Mate.

I hope it's not going to be a long term thing, the doctor told me to rest it and elevate it and provided I don't do anything silly it should clear up

Brian,

Looking better with every stroke of the brush mate ....love the way you approach a project ...

Always appreciate your skill in weathering

Thanks for sharing
