Working on the new Lincoln bust from Argudo Miniatures. Perfect casting and a beautiful sculpt. I'm looking forward to more pieces from Antonio and his new company. As always, painted with acrylics.

Its almost alive, some the best skin tone work I've seen in a while. Your handling of acrylics is excellent, do you work in washes or blend wet on wet?

Thank you for the nice comments! More progress today if my shoulder feels better - I must have slept on it funny... Rich, I paint in very thin layers of paint (almost water) in small areas and always feather the transitions with a clean, damp brush almost immediately. Wet over dry, I guess? Maybe very tiny controlled washes.
