Looking for a Figure International Article

Hi everyone.

I'm looking for some help to find an article on a Figure International Magazine.
The figure involved is an original gladiator model of my own at 54mm (picture attached)

An Italian fellow modeler has told me that it appears on an article of this magazine, between 8th and 11th edition (he didn't give more precisions).

As it's almost impossible to get that publication here in AR, I'll thank a lot to anyone that can confirm me that version, and if possible provide me a scanned copy of that article.

As I didn't have any good news about this quest, and following some advices a asked again to my "italian contact" for more precissions.

He told me that it wasn't a complet article about this figure, but a picture in a reader gallery (between 9th and 11th edition). In the same gallery there's also a couple of figures from Ares Mythologic of Ulysses in 54mm from the Trojan War and a Leonidas at the Thermopylae in bigger scale.

Hope this additional information can help anyone to give me a hand on this (unfortunately my italian friend hasn't neither a scanner nor the right issue to send it to me)

I promised I would try to help, but I am at a loss. I have before me issues 9,10,and 11 of Figures international. None of the reader galleries in any of these issues have the figures you have asked about. A search of the "what's new" also produced nothing. As I mentioned I have all the issues of this magazine and have looked in every one of them with no result. Two thoughts crossed my mind;

1. Could your Italian friend have the wrong magazine?

2. Could the Italian, Spanish, etc. editions have different contents than my English editions?

Perhaps someone has something I do not.

One last comment, if I have missed the figures you wanted and someone can direct me to the issue and page, I will be happy to color scan the images and send they to you.

I got you e-mail, and yes issue 12, page 41 did the trick. Since the photos are so small I will scan them as a group and enlarge them as much as I can. You should have them soon.
