This my take on what looks to being a popular bust. Had a fiddle with the camera settings, and I think these are a bit better.
Still loads to do painting wise and then weathering,

Man, even with the blurry pics he is looking awesome. I agree about the wood grain. I think I'm going to have to get a copy of him now.

I wasn't too sure about this bust initially but I think you have made a real great job of the painting ..like the different colours you have used , the jumper contrasts nicely with the coat and looks good with the cap comforter.

Like the use of the badge on the base as well ..real nice touch that

I think this is the third time I see this bust painted here, but the first I can see his eyes. The others I seen before were very good. I follow this too, till be finished.

Carl a great start especially nice work on he skin tones , Stock and Base.Looking forward to more up dates. BTW is that cigarette lit .... it actually looks like it's glowing.
