Great work so far Paul. I was hoping you were bringing it to the club tonight but seeing as you didn't bother to turn up I missed it.
P.S I didn't go either.:p:D Cheers Ken

That's why I didn't take it Ken. :D.
Glad you like him.

Sadly, Barry's mom in law is vv unwell for a couple of days, so he said at lunch he wasn't going to leave his Wife to deal with things alone.
The lady has been taken to Hospital just now so
..he did the right thing.
Shame, but there we are.

Saturday Update.

Having started with:
Base colour is Cavalry Brown and Brown Rose with a speck of green to kill some of the 'Orangeness'

Two washes of cavalry brown and violet red for first shadows at the temples under the chin and cheek recesses. And adding basic flesh for first highlights.
I have used Light flesh for added highlughts and then glazes of golden ochre to blend and transition the colours used so far.

The blanket has been painted using a 50:50 mix of Vallejo black and Dark Prussian Blue, and highlighted with AK interactive 'AK3125 Blue tankcrew base'.
The yellow tape embroidery is Vallejo Japanese uniform base, holden ochre mid tones and highlghts of flat yellow with a touch of light flesh. A very thin wash of base plus cavalry brown to bring it together.

More work needs doing.

Tomorrow we have N.W. Painters day so I can put a real shift in on this.

Mighty fine work. You're really capturing the look of Magua, not easy even when the sculpting is as good as this is.
Cheers Derek

Thank you very kindy sir, as you go along you csn fel as if you are losing 'the look'.

Still need to keep focused on that Del, the skin tone feels quite yellow
compared to my usual stuff too.

You're a busy Peedee and no mistake, turning out gem after gem. Plus very useful SBS's, cheers, boyo. Wonderful stuff(y) One of my all-time favourite actors, too. Alan

Thanks a lot Alan glad you like it, in truth I wasn't completely aware how many films Wes has been in.

I would love to convert another to a character from another movie.

Paul.
