Arxo : I did not make a WIP, but if you go to my blog and scroll down a little bit, on the right you find a WIP of a bust that I once did. It's the bust of a man, but I never changed my head colors. For a woman skin I use only a tiny amount of brown madder (less darker, and more light colors), a little bit more Light red in combination of a little ochre to tone down the pinkish tone you will when you use Naples yellow and finally a little bit of white to lighten all up. A little bit of burned sienna (not to much) and red to put some color on the cheekbones, above the nose, beside the nose and on the sleep. It's a little bit of using the colors on the palet here and there, to achive the result that you want.
Hopes this in combination of the WIP on my blog makes any sence.
