Yes, i 'm now waiting for an order from this brand, it's began to be long as the order was made at the beginning of june and quite expensive (78£), only one message, and now nothing !

Solution = patience...to my knowledge everyone who orders from Moz gets their stuff and I don't think Moz provides an explicit or implicit guarantee of in-week delivery. Find something else to work on.
I recently ordered an Andrea figure from the US. It will likely get here anytime between 2 weeks and 2 months depending on whether he has stock or not, or if he has to reorder from the manufacturer. If its 2 months I don't care as I have time to work on other pieces in the interim....maybe I will even forget I've ordered it and have a nice surprise in the mailbox. Sheesh.

I've tried several times and always ordered from moz what I get.
If it takes, then so be it, the mail is not the fastest, and he has a lot to do.

Not this old b******s again. As per a previous post.
I have never had the pleasure of meeting Moz, but it would be a pleasure to sit in the background and watch this master craftsman at work.(and if he's that inundated I would help him out in what ever capacity I could)
I can honestly say, that I have never had a problem with any orders even if I had to wait. I cannot understand this constant knocking - surely you must have something to work on while you wait for your order.I did.
Not only do you get a fantastic product, but you also get a free fantastic product too and if he is late he has even supplied a money off voucher - what more do you want blood.
So why don't you help the lad out and have a bit of patience.

To josephine's and others defense, maybe they don't know the history of Moz. Sometimes his packages can take a very long time to show up, but those of us who already know this don't have worries because we know it will show up eventually. The first time I ordered, it took a long time and knowing the earlier history before 120mini.com, I was worried. So cut them some slack, it is ok to worry, but now they know it will show up. So them posting this thread has served it's purpose for them.

Go to your payment provider and ask for a refund if your not satisfied - end of story...
Please be patient, he has lots of orders to deal with normally as his work is justifiably well sort after, I have bought lots from him and he does not often have time to deal with every email... He recently upscaled his business to meet the demand so the odd slow delivery may occur, for what it is worth you will be really happy with the product, he is one of the best, if not the best out there, you will get a crisp well posed and modelled figure totally lacking the air bubbles etc you can get from others..
Rich that does not really help support your Modellers does it... Just give him a bit more time.

i made my order on 2nd of MAY2012, i waited patiently until 22 of jun and sent him a mail. Surprisingly he replied, saying that the items had been sent and might have missing if it had not reach me yet. He promised to send another replacement with tracking number. Few days ago, i sent him another mail asking for the tracking number, no reply as he might have busy with his work. what i do, i wait again.

Fair David. I speak to Moz most days (although not through a medium).
I know that he has had to be there for his disabled daughter and that it is hard for him in that respect. I also know that he has to drop off at the Post Office a large bag of parcels every other day and trust to them that they will process them. I know from experience that sometimes they take their time.
I'm not making excuses for Moz but just trying to give an insight as to how things are sometimes delayed along the line.

People forget nowadays that eventhough e-mail may be instantaneous... snail-mail is NOT!!!!!
Be patient things get there when they get there. I've dealt with Corrie as well as other manufacturers and 4 to 6 weeks is the norm.

I would be inclined to agree with David. Although I had never had the pleasure to order anything from Moz I would also be worried if I paid good money and the goods took too long (whatever the definition of too long may be
) to arrive.However, I am also of the opinion that these relatively new members have started this thread simply because they are indeed willing to trust in Moz (given the previous threads and the quality of his products) and are just looking for an alternative way to communicate with him and the assurance of people who have previously dealth with Moz.
Otherwise they would have gone straight to their payment providers.

Maybe you're right David, no offence meant.But I don't want anybody on Moz's back as thread like this can only have a negative effect on his business.
He's struggling on his own and people have to understand there's not a vast army of minions working for him.
And Diamond Cutter, you may find the standard of cuisine as a guest of Her Majesty may not be at the level you've become accustomed to. Serves you right.

hi all first let me thank daveg as i do not want to ruin anyone's business. having been told by maurice that the kit would be with me by the 2nd or 3rd of july i am getting worried. if this statement had not been made i would not have been asking if anyone else was having problems. the simple solution would be for maurice to put an estimated delivery date on his website so that when people order they know items may take a while. i have ordered stuff from us, spain andv germany, all of which have arrived much sooner than this. as for the person who told me to work on another item, not everyone can afford to tie up £58 for weeks on end. i certainly can't afford to keep lots of kits as a back up. i asked a polite question and do not deserve lots of abuse, if maurice answered his e-mails there would not be a problem. i do not expect my good within a week i do expect answers to queries!
All very good and valid comments Josie, could not agree more with what you have said, I had exactly the same problems, when you do not receive goods and you do not receive replies to queries, alarm bells ring.
I also believe that some of the comments aimed at you are out of order, as you say not everybody can afford (or see the necessity to have a huge so called grey army, what is that all about? ) a back up figure.
I also believe some of the regular people on here need to take a look at themselves and the way they conduct themselves in here towards others, it can appear very cliquey ( I think "closed shop" is an expression that has been used recently) and as for the pithy,childish and unhelpful comments how do you think they have helped someone new to this site and maybe to modelling? Its not big, its not clever, and it certainly is not helpful.
I must also add I think it is the few rather than the majority that have this attitude the rest I thank you for the ability to look at your high skill levels in this genre of modelling.
Lastly I have to say that when my figures eventually arrived , 6 weeks and numerous attempt to contact Maurice ( 8 days after being invoiced) and a additional 8 days to receive the missing parts, they are truelly excellant.
