A Fixture
Mitches bust sculpted by Offo.
Wanted to go a wee bit more Vibrant with this one.
Armour was base coated red with grey and then white at the tips and light shining on the mid part of upper arm armour.
Face is still first phase as is the blacked in areas.
He was then coated with dark red oil then wiped off. This subdued the white but I will try with orange inkover the lighter parts for the vibrancy effect....hopefully. I'll also try some other colours of ink to add more depth to the reds.
I've dabbed some diluted oil paint for contrasts and will apply some orange to hopefully bring the armour together.
Some of the base coat came off on the front armour as I saturated the part and rubbed a wee bit too hard but I will patch this.
The lacing is just first coated which takes forever. Lord knows how Pavol managed to sculpt these without going mad.
See what you think.
