Hi there,

I'm brand new in Figure painting. I want to show you all my second head that I've painted in acryl and my third head in general.
I would like thank Gino Poppe for his time and patience he had with me with the first head... It's thanks to his lessons that my second head becomes like it is now... Thanks mate!!!

So this is the picture...

The body's for the third time cleaning from all the paint. One day it will be perfect like I want it  I keep going ;)

Cheers

Wesley, For your second attempt you have done a remarkable job. Much better than I know i would with acrylics. Maybe that's why I stick to the oils. Very good work.

Wesley,
In acrylic it is a pain in the @$%$#$#, to paint faces. I now, because i did acryl painting. I started painting figures after the demo from Gino in a workshop from ARMORAMA in Geel (i think).
From that moment on i use oils, but swithed to acryl.
The results where bad. So now i switched to oils, and it is going as i wish.
Now i see your second attempt of painting with acryl on a face i cannot say more than FABULOUS.
Great work.
