Name Plates and how to create them

Hi

My Name Paul Hodell

I am new to this forum and have started to paint figures again. I have seen some wonderful work out there... Mike Good, I am so glad your still at it. I have your Eddie Rickenbacker bust and I am trying to finish it for the up coming LA show.

I have a simple question: How do you create the name plates (transparencies)? Are there any how to articles that someone can point out to me?
