I need a plate from the concord book "Imperial Rome at war"

It is a plate of a roman general who has been wounded and is being tended to by his doctor with his friend by his bedside.

And exactly what is illegal about this?

Its not for anything commercial nor will any of us make money from it. Its not much different then borrowing the book from someone or photo copying it at the library.
