Actually how many films have been done about 'Dunkirk'? .

Yes! The John Mills film in '58'. .. Atonement, and this upcoming. I find it quite strange. Unless of course its the money!

Was this early in the film or later on? ... Lots of questions/answers/thoughts yet to come.

Obviously it is at the point where they are waiting to be taken off the beaches/pier....as they didn't wait for a ferry to bloody go there in the first place....and I'm pretty sure they weren't bombed and strafed whilst waiting to go either
