Hi Dave

A very fine piece. I like your choice of colours and that face is amazining. First one I have seen painted and I think this sets the standard for others to work to.

Another real winner, I realy enjoy seeing your work.

Cheers

Love the colour and your painting style.
I have one of these I hope it comes out as good as yours.
Very inspiring.

This is very masterful work David as usual, love the very striking character in the whole figure. You missed the current Euro, always next years - thanks for posting such splendid work. RobH.:)

very well done sir, the face is amazing and the base is very nice, did you make the fall leaves or are they a purchased product?

Well done Dave, it turned out wonderfully. A very expressive face and the choice of colours really make this an outstanding job. I have to say I also like the simplistic approach to the groundwork. Perhaps less is more as far as that goes?

Davey that is a beautiful piece from top to bottom literally......from that expressive face, hat and clothing all the way down to the fallen leaves, all BLEND in HARMONY!!! Bravo!!!!

Ray ;)

Hi David-this is a real painters piece, away from the main stream. As usual you have done a fantastic job with it, great choice of colours and simple basework to avoid overpowering a lovely sculpt. Look forward to seeing this one in the flesh....Darlington?
Best regards
Keith
