Hello Przemek and welcome to the planet. For your 3rd figure you are on a good start and should do real well as you gain experience painting. I like your scene and you have done an excellent job. I would like to see more contrast in your colors so as to bring out the sculpting of the folds of the tunic. You could also dry-brush his hair slightly with a lighter color to give the detail here. Keep up the good work.

Great job for your third figure mate! The heraldry on the sheild looks very nice! I agree on the contrast, add a little darker shadows and maybe a lighter highlight as well.
